YS Parmar University Clerk Recruitment 2025: Qualification
i) You must have completed the 10+2 Exam or its equivalent, from an accredited Board of School Education.
ii) Must have a typing speed of at least 25 words per minute in English or 20 words per minute in Hindi on a computer.
iii. Should be familiar with “Word Processing”, as specified by the Recruiting Authority.
Desirable: A good knowledge of the dialects and customs of Himachal Pradesh, and the ability to work in the unique conditions of the Pradesh.
YS Parmar University Clerk Recruitment 2025: Selection Process
All eligible candidates will have to take a 100-mark written objective (MCQ) exam. The passing mark in an exam will be 35 points. The marks obtained in the written objective type (MCQ), will be used to determine the merit of candidates.
Candidates declared qualified by the written objective type exam will undergo a typing test on computers, which is qualifying. The final selection/promotion will be based on the marks obtained in a written objective-type exam followed by passing the typing test (on computers).
If both candidates receive equal marks, the candidate older in age is placed ahead of the younger candidate.
