• Graduate from a recognized university with 8 years of experience as stenographer, junior scale stenographer or stenotypist in a reputable organisation, including government departments/agencies.
•  Candidates must have a speed of 110 W.P.M. in English Stenography, and accurate transcription within 5 times the time allocated for dictation, and typing speed in English at 55 W.P.M. on computers. For this, a separate exam will be conducted. 
• Direct recruitment based on competitive proficiency test according to Schedule-IV(Part-D) in the “R&P Rules 2015”. 
• Only 10% of mistakes will be permitted in the transcription of dictated and typed material in the typing test. Candidates who commit more than 10% errors in the transcription of the dictated and typed matters in the typing test will be declared unqualified. 
• As per Rule 17 in the R&P Rules of 2015, PH reservations will be given to candidates with locomotor disabilities.

• Graduation in a recognized university.
• Written and Typing Tests, Screening Tests, and Interviews as per R&P Rules 2015.
• After passing the Screening Test, the candidates will have to pass the Typing Test at a computer speed of 30 WPM in English. A separate test will be conducted.
• The R&P Rules 2015, Schedule-IV (Part K) provides for recruitment on the basis a competitive examination.
• The R&P Rules (2015) provide for a PH reservation to candidates who meet the following criteria:

(a) suffer from locomotor disability (Note: Persons with normal upper limbs can also be included).

• Candidates must possess a valid Driving Licence to drive Light Motor Vehicles (LMV) or Medium or Heavy Vehicles with experience of at least three (3) years.
• Candidates must have a valid driving licence to operate Light Motor Vehicles, Medium or Large Vehicles. They should also possess at least 3 years of experience in operating Light Motor Vehicles, Medium or Large Vehicles. 
• The R&P Rules of 2015 require a Screening Test (Critical Thinking), Proficiency Test (Driving), and an Interview. Recruitment on the basis a competitive examination, as per Schedule-IV(Part-O) R&P Rules 2015. 
• After passing the screening test, the candidates will be required to take the Proficiency Test (Driving). 
• Candidates with good mechanical knowledge will be preferred.

• Candidates must be matriculated by a recognized Board.
• Three (3) years of experience in gardening etc. 
• Candidates will be selected in the ratio of 1:3

• The final merit list will be drawn based on marks in education qualification and evaluation.
